It will show when the product was ordered, where it was shipped to and when it was shipped. It also holds their specific company pricing and previous quotes. In addition to the functionality and ease of the site, there was also the customer support aspect that DAK Americas needed. Together with HP, NDS provided that vital support by being available to answer all their questions during and after the ordering process. This level of attention gave DAK Americas the peace of mind that their issues would be handled quickly and efficiently.
