Christa brings a distinguished track record of proven success with over twelve years of business leadership experience, successfully co-piloting the dynamic evolution of a start-up business into a $100+ million company in seven years. Christa's emphasis is on cultivating the greatest assets at NDS - the people.
Phil Santoni
Chief Executive Officer — Business Development
As CEO and Co-Founder of NDS, Phil has been responsible for defining the vision of NDS and driving enterprise solution engineering, strategy and delivery since 1999. With a focus on superior client satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, Phil has evolved the business from a start up into a solid $35 million company with offices in 16 states, with a team of professionals known for their deep expertise in the Telecommunications and Commercial markets.
Steve Morrison
Executive Vice President and General Manager
Steve is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Professional Services within the Western Region for NDS. In this role, he is responsible for revenue, service delivery, vendor relations and client satisfaction for NDS. Steve brings a variety of IT, management experience and knowledge to NDS and has over 27 years of experience in the computing and telecommunications industries.
Jim Bartis
Vice President, Sales
Jim works hands-on with the Sales team to find the best solution for our clients and to drive the sales process throughout the delivery of goods and services. Jim is also responsible for strategic buying of HP inventory.
Charles Browning
Vice President, Data Center Services & Managed Staff Resource Services
Charlie brings over 25 years of IT experience in a wide variety of industries to lead the expansion of the Data Center Infrastructure Services of NDS. His depth of IT expertise and his practical application style makes Charlie uniquely qualified to identify and deliver mission-critical enterprise solutions to NDS clients worldwide.
